If you are not, any item can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt for exchange or refund if unopened, unused or undamaged. The refund would be made using the same payment card the original purchase was made from. The product/s will need to be in original packaging and sent back appropriately packed with carriage paid. Please call our telesales team (details on our contact page) to obtain the authorisation to return your order.
If an item on your order is believed to be faulty it should be returned to us for inspection. In this event, it may be necessary for us to send it to the manufacturers for them to investigate and authorise a replacement or refund.
